Senior Customer Service Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Leader to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Job SummaryThe Senior Customer Service Leader will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and coaching to ensure that they meet their performance goals and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, leadership, and coaching, with experience in a fast-paced environment.

- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service leadership, preferably in a bank or financial institution
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Developed and tracked metrics to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty
