Welcome to WPInnova Canada, a leading manufacturer of industrial and food packaging solutions. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in the sales department.
Job OverviewThis is a full-time position that requires strong communication and negotiation skills. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships primarily through phone calls and field visits.
About WPInnovaFounded in 1998, WPInnova Canada Inc is a proudly owned and operated Canadian company with over 35 years of experience in the conversion and manufacturing of industrial and food packaging – film and foil. Our mission is to deliver innovative customer-driven superior packaging solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities through outbound call campaigns and field visits.
- Maintain existing customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with the planning team and sales department to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A hunter mentality with a focus on driving business results and increasing sales productivity.
- Previous inside sales experience, including outbound calls.
- Detailed and highly organized with high proficiency in CRM usage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
