As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to the business community and public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell postal products and services: You will be responsible for selling a variety of postal products and services to businesses and individuals in your community.
  • Sort and distribute mail: You will sort and distribute mail into appropriate classifications, ensuring that it reaches its destination efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide customer information and forms: You will provide customers with information and forms as needed, ensuring that they have all the necessary resources to complete their transactions.
  • Address delivery and service difficulties: You will address any delivery or service difficulties that arise, working closely with customers to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as experience in business administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills: You will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently: You will be working independently, but will also be part of a larger team, so you will need to be able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Physical ability: You will need to be physically fit to lift mail containers of up to 50 pounds, push or pull boxes, sort mail, and stand for extended periods of time.
