At MatchAwards, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Provide top-notch support to new users, guiding them in creating optimized accounts to increase their chances of securing contracts, grants, and loans.
  • Engage directly with customers on our social media platform, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Manage customer support interactions via our internal ticketing system, live chat, conferencing, and phone calls.
  • Utilize in-house tools for beta testing to ensure our platform operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Analyze data to detect trends, pinpoint issues, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Explain the benefits of our upcoming MatchAwards crypto coin/token ICO to both new and existing users.
  • Track and report platform bugs from user feedback, coordinating with our development team to resolve these issues.
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of three years of experience or relevant education in social media.
  • Proficiency in various remote internet tools, including VPN, CRM, and monitoring tools.
  • A solid understanding of cryptocurrency trading and transactions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Hootsuite and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote setting and be self-motivated and responsible.
  • Multilingual skills (native or through tools like Google Translate/AI) are highly valued.
What We Offer

As a Customer Service and Support Specialist at MatchAwards, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on your location and experience.
