We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Co-op Analyst to join our Global Corporate & Investment Banking team. As a critical member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in delivering strategic financing solutions to clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Coverage Bankers to identify, plan, and deliver tailored financing solutions to meet client needs.
  • Promote MUFG as the go-to bank for global corporate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and timely completion.
  • Maintain Know Your Client (KYC) compliance for existing and new clients.
  • Assist in coordinating internal reporting requirements for the client base, including deal pipeline updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments across various verticals.
  • Provide support to the Credit Division team in preparing credit applications for new clients and facilities.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to prepare call reports and track revenues accurately.
  • Foster an inclusive environment that reflects the MUFG brand values.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated understanding of financial statements and credit risk management.
  • Able to manage competing demands in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective written, oral, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong data integrity, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork.

Compensation Package:
