Financial Director

Keltic Canada Development Co. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to lead our financial operations and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Leadership and Management: Direct and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
- Operational Excellence: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize financial operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
- Education: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
