Company Overview: As a key member of the Government of Canada - Western team, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence across various regions.

Estimated Salary: CAD $120,000 - CAD $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Chief of Operations and Services to coordinate work across regions, divisions, or departments, representing the organization in negotiations or official functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and development, with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Co-ordination and Representation: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, represent the organization in negotiations or official functions
  • Sales and Development Experience: 5 years or more of experience in sales and development, preferably in a hybrid environment
  • Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is an asset
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate to various locations within Western Canada
