Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of 5-10 sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
