Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

Petro Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting business objectives.
