Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  • Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
