Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints
- Establish work schedules and supervise store staff
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure accurate stock levels
- Supervise and coordinate activities of store staff, and provide guidance and support as needed
- 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
