About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our housekeeping team at MasterBUILT Lloydminster Lodging Ltd. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Ensure all rooms and public areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to meet our high standards.
  • Laundry and Linen: Wash, dry, and fold linens, as well as restock supplies.
  • Room Preparation: Prepare rooms for new guests, including making beds, restocking amenities, and ensuring all areas are tidy.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure all areas are covered and tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, initiative, and reliability are essential for this role.
