About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our Residential team in Lloydminster. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our properties, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain common areas, guest rooms, vacant, and renovated suites to the highest standards
  • Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, steam cleaning, linen change, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Ensure a trash and debris-free environment, including removal of snow from walkways and common areas where applicable
  • May be required to use industrial cleaners or chemical treatments for carpet cleaning
  • May be part of an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage
  • Perform other duties related to the upkeep of buildings as assigned

Requirements:

  • A self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic
  • Previous experience working in environments that require attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness
  • Able to lift 30lbs, work with industrial strength cleaners, and climb stairs with equipment and supplies
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Able to provide a criminal record check that is free of relevant convictions
  • Able to work overtime or on call as needed
