Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Community Program Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community programs that promote social cohesion and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community programs that align with the Government of Saskatchewan's strategic priorities
  • Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including community groups, organizations, and individuals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify community needs and develop program solutions
  • Manage program budgets and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of programs
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as community development, public administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in community program development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
