Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Solutions Project Lead to oversee the development of institutional and commercial projects from conception to completion. This is a challenging role that requires exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of construction management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management

Plan, prepare, and monitor construction schedules and milestones to ensure timely project delivery.

Contract Administration

Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with contractors and vendors.

Quality Control

Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company protocols.

CAD and Software Operations

Operate CAD software systems, including AutoCAD, to design and manage construction projects.

Budgeting and Finance

Develop and manage project budgets, overseeing expenses and revenue streams to ensure financial sustainability.

Leadership and Team Management

Direct a team of contractors, coordinators, and other professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Analyze data and information to inform decision-making, prepare reports, and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in construction management, project coordination, or a related field.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Computer Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and CAD software systems, including AutoCAD.

Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be willing to travel regularly and adapt to changing project requirements.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
