Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a post-secondary degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or technical diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering. A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing complex construction projects with a focus on high-rise residential developments is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams on multiple projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Develop and implement project bidding strategies in collaboration with department heads.
  • Assist in preparing work scopes for trades and negotiate contracts.
  • Review and analyze monthly project forecasts, schedules, cost estimates, and financial reports.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act and ability to implement safety procedures.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams), Outlook, and MS Project.
  • Working knowledge of Procore or other project management software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Able to foresee complications and implement solutions.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
