The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Senior Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones and monitoring progress;
  • Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements;
  • Establishing and implementing policies and procedures for quality control;
  • Operating CADD and other computer software systems;
  • Reading blueprint, schemas, and drawings;
  • Planning and managing budgets;
  • Directing the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions;
  • Developing and implementing quality control programs;
  • Overseeing the analysis of data and information;
  • Preparing reports;
  • Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree;
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction project coordination;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
