About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Days InnTerrace. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our office and other departments, communicating effectively and professionally with colleagues and external partners.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and other documentation.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, including data entry, research, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with a permanent work term. The successful candidate will work 35 to 40 hours per week.
