About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at BC Hydro. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling, workflow management, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Business Operations: Contribute to the development and implementation of business processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week in a hybrid work environment. The work language is English.
