Key Responsibilities

  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, customers, and vendors.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial records, personnel files, and customer information.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as event planning, marketing initiatives, and budgeting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
