About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Services Coordinator to join our team at BC Hydro. As a key member of our office operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Procedures and Routines: Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to optimize productivity and workflow.
  • Scheduling and Workflow Support: Provide administrative support with scheduling and workflow management to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and projects.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project coordination, including planning, organization, and implementation of administrative tasks and projects.
  • Workplace Information: Work in a hybrid environment, with a 37.5 hour workweek, and a permanent employment status.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
