Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager provides support to the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing staff and executing daily operational tasks
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Recruitment and training of new employees
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years' experience in the retail industry
- At least two years in a supervisory or management role
- Open availability (day, evening, weekend)
- Good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
