Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team in this exciting role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail store operations and ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Manage staff, execute daily operational tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the Store Manager
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years' experience in the retail industry
  • At least two years in a supervisory or management role
  • Open availability required (day, evening, weekend)
  • Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities
  • Good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
