Ontario Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.

About the Job

We are looking for a skilled and experienced retail professional to oversee daily store operations, manage sales and services, and lead a team of sales associates.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Minimum 6 months of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
