Job Title: Research Scientist, Biochemistry

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Scientist to join our team at the University of Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will have a strong background in biochemistry and a proven track record of conducting research in a laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research in biochemistry, including experimental design, data analysis, and manuscript preparation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement research projects
  • Develop and maintain laboratory protocols and procedures
  • Train and supervise research staff and students
  • Present research findings at conferences and workshops
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Biochemistry or a related field
  • 3-5 years of postdoctoral research experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to relocate for this position
