Job Title: Biological Research Scientist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Biological Research Scientist to join our team at Allonnia Canada ULC. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for conducting research in biotechnology to discover, develop, and refine new products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise laboratory technical personnel, medical clinical personnel, graduate students, research scientists, and other professionals.
  • Participate in the commercialization of new products.
  • Perform administrative tasks.
  • Supervise biological technologists and technicians and other scientists.
  • Produce reports.
  • Conduct research in biotechnology to discover, develop, and refine, and evaluate new products.
  • Organize conferences and meetings.
  • Prepare research papers, educational texts, or articles.
  • Conduct literature reviews.
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia.
  • Monitor and compile research results.
  • Monitor and evaluate.
  • Conduct tests and analysis using spectroscopy techniques.
  • Conduct sampling and analysis using chromatography techniques.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail.
