Key Responsibilities

  • Research Direction: Provide scientific leadership and direction to the genomics team, guiding research initiatives and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the highest level of quality in all genomics research projects.

Requirements
