Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Biological Research Scientist to join our team at Allonnia Canada ULC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising laboratory technical personnel, medical clinical personnel, graduate students, research scientists, and other professionals in the development of new products.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 2 years of experience in a related field. They will also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise laboratory technical personnel, medical clinical personnel, graduate students, research scientists, and other professionals
  • Participate in the commercialization of new products
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Supervise biological technologists and technicians and other scientists
  • Produce reports
  • Conduct research in biotechnology to discover, develop, and refine, and evaluate new products
  • Organize conferences and meetings
  • Prepare research papers, educational texts, or articles
  • Conduct literature reviews
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia
  • Monitor and compile research results
  • Monitor and evaluate
  • Conduct tests and analysis using spectroscopy techniques
  • Conduct sampling and analysis using chromatography techniques

Requirements:

  • Master's degree
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
