We are seeking a qualified Medical Oncologist to join our team at BC Cancer in Vancouver.
The ideal candidate will have fellowship standing in the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine and a certificate of Special Competence in Medical Oncology. A valid license to practice medicine in Canada is required.
About the RoleAs a Medical Oncologist, you will provide quality cancer care to patients, with clinical experience in lung/head & neck and/or gastrointestinal malignancies being desirable. You will support the Vancouver Medical Oncology Program and UBC Medical Oncology Training Program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality cancer care to patients
- Support the Vancouver Medical Oncology Program and UBC Medical Oncology Training Program
- Fellowship standing in the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine
- Certificate of Special Competence in Medical Oncology
- Valid license to practice medicine in Canada
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $300,000 - $400,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
