Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver Operations Supervisor to join our team at ABS Trucking Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of truck drivers, ensuring timely delivery and safe transportation of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of driver performance, hours worked, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Collaborate with dispatchers and other stakeholders to optimize routes and schedules.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the transportation industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.

Work Conditions:

This is a full-time position requiring on-site work. The successful candidate will be required to work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with occasional overtime as needed.
