Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CRM solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Create custom objects, fields, workflows, automations, and reports to optimize business processes.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize integrations between Salesforce CRM and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and integrity.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging activities to ensure the reliability and performance of Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce CRM implementation, integrations, and data management.
- Work closely with the TE Security team to maintain the security and integrity of OTIP's Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Contribute to technical documentation and support training on platform capabilities and features.
- Support the Salesforce Administrator as needed and stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce CRM best practices, new features, and updates.
- At least 2 years of development experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Expertise in building, deploying, and optimizing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security, including roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of cloud technology fundamentals and cloud-based security concepts.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools.
- Highly analytical individual with advanced problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple external technology and business partners.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and DevOps processes & toolsets (like Gearset, Copado).
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
