Job Title: Reception Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Supervisor to join our team at The Clinic at Christie Inc.

Job Summary:

The Reception Supervisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supervising a team of administrative clerks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, clients, and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of administrative clerks, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent performance and productivity.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize computer software, including Workday, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Quick Books, to perform tasks and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
Work Environment:

The Reception Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large caseload. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and prioritize tasks effectively.
