Position Overview

The Clinic at Christie Inc. is seeking a dedicated Supervisor of Reception Services to oversee our front desk operations. This is a permanent position that requires a commitment of 37.5 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Task Organization: Organize daily operations to accomplish objectives effectively.
  • Training: Train staff on duties, policies, and procedures to maintain high standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational performance.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and resolve any technical issues.
  • Problem Resolution: Address work-related problems, providing technical advice and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Work Coordination: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work among team members.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Arrange for maintenance and repair of office equipment.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Co-ordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentoring to team members.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients post-sale to provide ongoing support and address any concerns.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 16-20 administrative clerks.

Technical Proficiency

Familiarity with the following software is essential:

Work Environment
