Reception Supervisor

As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and supervising a team of administrative clerks.
If you have a passion for delivering outstanding service, are proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
* Manage daily front desk operations, including scheduling, billing, and record-keeping
* Supervise and train a team of administrative clerks
* Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
* Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
* 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* High school diploma or equivalent
