As a key member of our Corporate Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success. Your expertise in financial planning and analysis will be instrumental in delivering value-added business insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving cost improvement initiatives.

You will have the opportunity to work on various cross-functional projects, collaborating with departmental leaders to identify and implement cost management initiatives that enhance company value. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in reviewing actual results against budget, identifying areas for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement cost management initiatives to drive business growth and profitability
  • Serve as a trusted source of financial information and analysis, providing expert guidance to departmental leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and automate budgeting processes, leveraging technology and innovation to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • 23 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on budgeting and forecasting
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, including variance analysis and KPI reporting
  • Pursuing a CPA or CFA is a strong asset
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros and dynamic models, is a strong asset
