We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Growing Globe Immigration Inc. in a permanent capacity.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy administrative tasks and want to develop their skills further.
The ideal candidate will have secondary school graduation certificate and less than 7 months of experience in administration.
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Oversight and coordination of office administrative procedures
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The estimated salary range for this position is $25,000-$35,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location of the company.
