Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Punjab Food Corner Xpress Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- or equivalent experience
