About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team at ALL PROPERTY FIX as a Janitorial Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office building and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Facilities Support: Provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Specialized Tasks: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
Work Environment

As a Janitorial Assistant, you will work in a non-smoking, outdoor environment in an office building and commercial building setting.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality and ability to work as a team player.
