Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at Infinite Outsourcing Solutions Inc. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and ensure that all areas are free from debris and clutter.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform minor repairs and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Security and Safety: Perform regular safety and security checks to ensure the well-being of our employees and clients.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a physically demanding environment, lifting heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in cleaning and maintenance.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
