Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at Infinite Outsourcing Solutions Inc. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and ensure that all areas are free from debris and clutter.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Safety and Security: Perform regular safety and security checks to ensure the well-being of our staff and visitors.
  • Physical Demands: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Conditions: Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, reliability.
Work Environment

Our team works in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
