Senior Project Integration Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Integration Specialist to join our team at oilandgas. As a Senior Project Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and operational delivery of our Systems Integration business in the Americas.
About the Business:
oilandgas's Systems Integration business is one of the largest in the world, specializing in Process Automation, Digital Integration, and Networks and Cybersecurity. We work across the life cycle of assets, from early consulting and FEED to turnkey execution. Our projects vary in size depending on client requirements, and we offer a range of services, including consulting, systems integration, and Main Automation Contractor.
About the Team:
You will work alongside our vertical market Business Managers, Business Development account managers, and subject matter experts to shape and support our System Integration offering to prospective customers across our core markets of Oil and Gas, Energy Transition, and Refining and Chemicals.
About the Job:
As a Senior Project Integration Specialist, you will have the expert knowledge to identify market trends and client-specific opportunities for a range of oilandgas proprietary digital solutions. You will interact with several key stakeholders, including external clients, the business unit leadership team, and the broad internal network within oilandgas's global framework.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own business plans, and drive sales, bid, and tender activity, particularly in the areas of Oil and Gas, Energy Transition, Refining and Chemicals.
- Ensure that the organization develops responsive, dependable, and cost-effective services, servicing target markets, collaborating across business units and business groupings, and actively leveraging oilandgas solutions to address customer needs.
- Be an ambassador for collaboration by working with the oilandgas Growth and Development team representatives and other business units on strategic project pursuits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in technical sales roles in the area of automation and systems integration and digital, in Oil and Gas, Energy Transition, and Refining and Chemical sectors.
- Demonstrable client account growth success with proven client relationships in Oil and Gas, Energy Transition, and Refining and Chemical.
- Leader with a will to win, leveraging a broad industry network.
- Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit to deliver value to customers through oilandgas's portfolio.
