Shift Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at FMI Better Bread Company Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating food preparation staff, training employees, estimating ingredients, and ensuring quality control in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Fast food outlet or concession, Restaurant work setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
