Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job duties and responsibilities.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards in the restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet the highest standards.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Manage Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for staff members, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
