About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven customer service skills and experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of digital banking platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
