We are seeking a seasoned Senior Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Donair Affair. In this key role, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of our food preparation and portioning teams.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week in English. As part of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating staff activities, training new hires, and ensuring high-quality food and service standards.

A strong understanding of food safety procedures and cost control measures is essential for success in this role. You must also have excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise and motivate your team members.

Job Description
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food by staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff understand job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for meal preparation, supplies, and other expenses related to food operations.
  • Staff Management: Hire and train new staff members, monitor their performance, and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a secondary school graduation certificate. We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
