About the Role

The Senior Culinary Manager will be responsible for leading a team of culinary staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high-quality food standards. This is a permanent position that requires a strong understanding of kitchen operations and supervisory skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present high-quality meals, ensuring presentation and taste meet our standards.
  • Kitchen Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, cleaners, and other support personnel.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, maintain records, and order supplies as needed.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Financial Management: Manage kitchen expenses, including labor costs, ingredient purchases, and equipment maintenance.
