Job Title: Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Taste of Splendour. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our culinary department.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Manage kitchen operations


About You:

  • You have a strong background in culinary arts with experience as a chef or kitchen supervisor.
  • You possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • You have a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all food prepared meets our high standards.
  • You are able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • You are physically fit and able to stand for long periods, working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.


Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
