Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Leadership Specialist to join our team at Consultant Plus Immigration Ltd.

  • Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including managing inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
  • Perform data entry duties and maintain accurate records.
  • Train staff on new procedures and protocols to ensure they are knowledgeable and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative leadership role.
