About the Role

Lifemark is a leading provider of rehabilitation services in Canada, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team.

As a Community Occupational Therapist with Lifemark, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including client's homes, workplaces, and in the community.

Your primary responsibility will be to assess and treat clients with various physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments, with the goal of helping them achieve a full recovery and return to their previous level of function.

You will be working in communities across Ontario, and will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with unique needs and goals.

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care to our clients.

About the Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assessing and treating clients with various physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments
  • Working in a variety of settings, including client's homes, workplaces, and in the community
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our clients

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Clinical experience in areas such as brain injury rehabilitation, mental health, musculoskeletal and orthopedic injury, home safety, ergonomics, and/or return to work
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
