We are seeking an experienced Professional Energy Solutions Specialist to join our team at Enercare Inc. This is a home-based business opportunity where you will be responsible for in-home sales of furnaces, air conditioners, and IAQ products.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, with industry knowledge and a proven track record of delivering performance objectives and sales targets. They will also possess exceptional communication skills, be able to work flexible hours, and have experience conducting canvassing and selling to new and existing customers.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Build long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
  2. Work effectively with all other channels to deliver customer-based utilization services.
  3. Determine the right equipment selection, sizing, quoting, and installation for customers.
  4. Conduct in-home sales of furnaces, air conditioners, and IAQ products.
  5. Manage and resolve customer concerns and issues.

Requirements:

  1. Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent working experience.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a sales role.
  3. Industry knowledge in a sales capacity would be an asset.
  4. Preferred HRAI Certification for HVAC programs and designs.
  5. Proven results on delivery of performance objectives and sales targets.
  6. Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  7. In-home sales experience is preferred.
  8. Ability to work flexible hours.
